We collect the details you give us — such as your name, email, profile info, and the content of your listings, offers and messages — as well as basic technical data (like device and usage information) needed to run the marketplace securely.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate VYRA: to create your account, publish and verify listings, facilitate offers, escrow and trades, send notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and improve the service.
3. Verification data
When you submit a listing, any proof-of-ownership or transfer details you provide are used by the VYRA team to verify legitimacy and transferability. This information may be reviewed by our admins and is retained as part of the listing's record.
4. Payments
Payments are handled through our escrow/payment architecture. Card details are processed by our payment provider — VYRA does not store your full card number. Payments currently run in TEST mode, so no real financial data is charged until live payments are enabled.
5. Sharing your information
We share limited information where necessary to complete a trade (for example, a seller's public profile and a listing's details are visible to buyers). We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us run VYRA, or where required by law.
6. What other users can see
Your public profile, verified badge, ratings, approved listings and public comments are visible to other users. Private messages and trade-room chats are visible to the participants of that conversation and, where needed for support or disputes, to VYRA admins.
7. Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
8. Your choices & rights
You can update your profile and manage your listings at any time. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage (for example, to keep you signed in). These are required for the marketplace to function.
