Last updated 2026. Please read these terms so you know exactly what you're getting into when you buy, sell or trade on VYRA.
1. About VYRA
VYRA is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of legitimate, transferable digital assets — including gaming assets, domains, websites, apps, creative assets, AI tools, virtual assets, digital products and digital businesses. VYRA acts as a neutral escrow middleman for trades: we hold the buyer's funds, help verify the asset, and release payment to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use VYRA. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate any person or entity.
3. What you can list
VYRA is a gaming-focused digital marketplace that also allows other permitted digital products — such as digital art, templates, game-development assets, wallpapers and other downloadable digital goods. Sellers may only list digital assets that they legally own and are permitted to transfer under the relevant platform's or provider's Terms of Service. Prohibited items include stolen or unauthorized content, hacked or compromised accounts, cheats or exploits, and anything that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates a game's Terms of Service. Such listings will be rejected.
4. Verification & transferability
Every new listing is submitted for VYRA verification and is not visible to buyers until it is approved. VYRA reviews listings for legitimacy and transferability and may approve, reject, request more information, or suspend a listing at its discretion. Assets marked "Not transferable" or bound by rules that prohibit transfer will not be approved. Verification is a good-faith review and is not a guarantee.
5. Escrow, payments & fees
Buyers pay into VYRA escrow. Funds are released to the seller only after the asset is delivered and the buyer confirms receipt (or after our dispute process concludes). VYRA charges a marketplace fee (currently 10%) which is deducted from the seller's payout — buyers pay the listed price and the seller receives the price minus the VYRA fee (before any payment-processing fees). Payments currently run in TEST mode via a compliant escrow architecture — no real money is moved and no real payouts occur until VYRA enables live payments.
6. Trades, disputes & refunds
If something goes wrong with a trade, either party may open a dispute. VYRA may investigate, request evidence, pause a trade, refund the buyer, or release payment based on the evidence provided. VYRA's decision in a dispute is final for the purposes of the escrow held on our platform.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: circumvent VYRA escrow or complete trades off-platform; use the service for money laundering or fraud; harass other users; scrape or abuse the service; or attempt to list assets that violate any third-party terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
VYRA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any asset will meet your expectations or that any third-party platform will honour a transfer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any trade is limited to the amount held in escrow for that trade.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VYRA after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
